I was very happy with his professionalism, clear explanation of the issues, timeliness of arrival, accurate estimates of the time it would take to obtain and install parts, and attention to detail, including putting things back exactly as he found them. I also appreciated the friendly and professional service of the office manager and service coordinator—the whole experience was positive. Had a great experience with Drew and Carlos this week. We had a sudden leak that turned into a bigger problem than we expected but they explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood our options. They were friendly, thorough but quick, and cleaned up well when the job was done. Highly recommend both of them!
