Robert arrived promptly and spent much of the afternoon identifying and solving the problem, which stemmed from a nearby outdoor faucet. He prevented similar problems from occurring elsewhere by replacing all three of my outdated outdoor faucets. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and made suggestions for follow-up work going forward. I was very pleased with his performance.

Found a leaky toilet first thing in the AM of 12/31. Arranged a first available appointment on line - 8-10am same day. Received a call to confirm appointment and another to detail the issue. After the plumber arrived, was given several different repair options and all work done by about 11:00. Couldn’t really ask for more. Timely, good communication and job well done.
