He explained everything clearly, walked me through the repairs step by step, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. His work was clean, efficient, and you could tell he takes real pride in doing things the right way. He even took a call from me after he left with a follow-up question I had just so I could learn a few things. 🥰 Drew, who handled my quote over the phone, was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. He helped set clear expectations before anyone arrived and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They completed several repairs for me, including: * Fixing a leak at a copper T-fitting * Replacing my old main shutoff with a new ball valve * Swapping out a small broken outdoor shutoff valve The pricing was very fair, especially for the amount of work involved. I appreciated the honesty, the transparency, and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The level of service we received from TJ at Peach Plumbing was phenomenal. Excellent communication and an extremely knowledgable technician. Drew, who I spoke with on the phone to help TJ prepare for his visit was also fantastic. He even knew our pets names when he called the AM of our service appt! That level of customer service and attention to detail is so hard to find. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend them if you're ever in need of plumbing services.

Great job, timely. Tuedy put in a lot of effort to repair so I did not need to get a new toilet. Billy did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and was a lot of fun to talk to. I had an opportunity to work with Eric. He was phenomenal. He was able to assess the situation and Help us address a clog in our plumbing. The cap for our sink got caught in a plumbing drain and he worked diligently to get it out. It took a lot of effort to remove a metal cylinder that my two year-old Drop down there, but he successfully got it out. I definitely recommend this organization as I’ve worked with them in the past to another projects and it’s always a great experience
